发明名称 PAINTING METHOD FOR UNDERWATER CURABLE PAINT
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the deterioration of initial adhesiveness and the defective adhesion by injecting metallic powder having higher tendency to ionization than iron and abrasive material onto the surface of a steel structure prior to coating of an underwater curable paint thereto. CONSTITUTION:The metallic powder such as aluminum or zinc having higher tendency to ionization than iron and the abrasive material such as sand or steel grit are preliminarily injected onto the surface of the steel structure in a method for painting ships and underwater structures by using the underwater curable paint. The deterioration of the initial adhesiveness and defective adhesion of the underwater curable paint which arise quickly after the blasting treatment of the material to be coated are eliminated by such treatment. The easy painting of the underwater curable paint in water and wet state is thus made possible and the coated film having the substantially coated paint is formed.
