PURPOSE:To easily obtain an image processor possible of multivaluing at every color by using a color specifying signal B.B.R as the address of a memory storing threshold data. CONSTITUTION:At the multivaluing processing of density data, the address of the threshold data outputting memory is determined by a color specifying signal. Namely, the color specifying signal B.B.R as the address, a density regulating signal and a clock CLK are inputted in a threshold ROM 96 storing various threshold data. The ROM 96 outputs optimum threshold data corresponding to color specification and density. The output of the ROM 96 is sent to a latch 95 and the density data and threshold data of each color are outputted from the latch 95 to a comparator such as a digital comparator for executing the multivaluing processing of the image signal. Then, multivalued data are outputted from the comparator 97.
