PURPOSE:To shorten the overall loading time for transfer of programs by detecting that the signal to be sent to a processor is specified at that time point to complete the transfer of a program and therefore the transfer of a program can be completed at an optional time point. CONSTITUTION:The transfer of programs from memories 401, 405 and 406 are completed by the address sent from a load control part 400. When the transfer to those programs is through, the specific data on the end contents is read out of the memory 405 by the address given from the part 400. This specific data is detected by a specific data detecting means 408 and this detection signal is supplied to the part 400. Thus the transfer of programs is discontinued.
