PURPOSE:To trace the state history larger than the capacity of a tracer memory by storing the contents of the tracer memory into a main memory by the instruction of a microinstruction. CONSTITUTION:The trace data are written successively to a tracer memory 2 until the stop conditional bit is set at 1 by the trace and stop conditions designated by a diagnosis controller 6. When the stop conditions are satisfied and the writing action is stopped to a tracer memory 2, the controller 6 gives the contents of an address register 3 obtained in a stop mode to a selector 5. At the same time, the controller 6 gives an address to the register 3 and gives the contents of memory 2 to the selector 5. Then the contents of the register 3 and the memory 2 are read out successively via the selector 5 and stored in a log area of a main memory 7. |
