PURPOSE:To maintain an excellent paper trackability for a long time by fixing and processing a recording material between the first and second rotating bodies for fixing having the fluororesin surface on an elastic body layer. CONSTITUTION:The driving force of a driving means 61 is respectively directly transferred to the rotating shaft so that the circumferential speed of a heating roller 1 and a pressure roller 2 can be equal through driving gears 62 and 63 and both rollers 1 and 2 are driven. Since the fluororesin of the same material is used on the surface layer provided on an elastic body layer 22 for rollers 1 and 2, the triboelectrification between the rollers 1 and 2 is hard to occur. When both rollers 1 and 2 are driven, the sliding force to occur between the rollers is small, the sliding force is uniquely determined by the circumferential speed between both rollers 1 and 2, and therefore, the wear condition is easy to come to be equal and even by the long term endurance, the conveying force of the paper can be equally kept. Thus, the stable paper trackability can be obtained for a long time. |
