PURPOSE:The title preparation that contains drugs and a specific absorption accelerator, thus showing increased percutaenous absorption. CONSTITUTION:The objective percutaneous preparation is obtained by using drugs and an absorption accelerator for the drugs of the formula (R1 is 5-15C aliphatic hydrocarbon; R2 is 2-6C saturated hydrocarbon; R3 is 2-4C saturated hydrocarbon; n is 1-40) in an amount of 0.5-50 wt.% based on the preparation. The composition is prepared into tape, patch pasta, cataplasm, ointment, cream, buccal preparation, eye drops, nasal drops or suppository. The resultant preparation shows increased percutaneous absorption with high safety without irritation to skins and mucosas. Further, the preparation causes no deterioration of the base materials, no deposition and no deterioration of the drugs. Nosteroidal and steroidal anti-inflammatories, vasodilators and antiarrhythmics are cited as the drugs.
