<p>PURPOSE:To form an equal, firm and smooth resin covering by cooling continuously and quickly an elastic body of rotation from one edge of the elastic body of rotation to other edge after the resin material is baked on an elastic body layer. CONSTITUTION:After the baking of an elastic body of rotation is executed, an elastic body of rotation 1 is continuously and quickly cooled from one edge to other edge. By the quick cooling, a baked resin surface layer 4 to show the sufficient resin characteristic having the low crystalization on the elastic body of rotation 1 is formed in the strong adhesive condition and the desired thickness to the elastic body of rotation. Consequently, for the elastic body of rotation, an elastic body layer 3 of the lower layer itself shows the desired elastic body layer characteristic approximately in the same way as the characteristic before the resin layer formation, the resin layer of the surface shows the completely baked resin characteristic and the bonding of these layers are made firm. Thus, the equal, firm and smooth resin covering can be formed.</p> |
