PURPOSE:To correct image deviation of multiple images, to reduce or eliminate deviation of magnification at the same time and to improve optical performance of a projected image by providing plural reflecting members that deflect luminous flux for dividing the specified area on the face of an object in the optical path. CONSTITUTION:The specified extent of the face of an object 1, for instance, the face of the object near point C1 is reflected by a reflection mirror placed at a point C3 by an erected real image system 13 through a reflection mirror placed at a position C2 at specified inclination and reduced and projected near a point C4 on the image surface 2. At this time, points C1-C4 are constituted to exist on the same plane to prevent occurrence of rotation deviation due to relative rotation of the projected image of each erected real image system. Image deviation of the projected image on the image surface formed by each erected real image system is prevented by changing the shape and inclination of plural reflection mirrors provided in the object face 1 side and image surface 2 side. Deviation of magnification is prevented by setting inclination of each erected real image system and each reflection mirror to make beams L1-L5 intersect the face of the object 1 and image surface 2 nearly at right angles.
