PURPOSE:To improve the operability by selecting and instructing the address information displayed in the sequence of the using frequency on a display screen and transmitting the information to the address. CONSTITUTION:From an input means 100, address information is inputted and accommodated to an accommodating means 101. On the other hand, when the reading of the address information in the accommodating means 101 is instructed from an instructing means 104, the address information is read in the sequence of the number of the using frequency and displayed to a display means 103. When the information is transmitted to the displayed address, it is instructed by the instructing means 104, and then, from a transmitting means 105 to the address the necessary information is transmitted. The number of the using frequency of the address is increased to +1 and accommodated to the accommodating means 101 again. These actions are controlled by a control part 106. Then, the operability at the time of transmitting is improved.
