PURPOSE:To improve reliability by detecting the position of a piston using a pressure switch which is turned on and off without the conduction of a pressure fluid. CONSTITUTION:Detecting ports 5a, 5b are provided on a tube 3 in places oppo site to the stroke positions to the stroke positions to be detected of a piston 1, and the detecting ports 5a, 5b are connected to the supply source 8 of a pressure fluid and a pressure switch 7. Thereby, the stroke of the piston 1 can be detected by the use of the pressure switch 7, enabling a stable operation even under an environment of hard vibration, and improving reliability.
