PURPOSE:To uniformly compose a message independent from a method stating the interpretation of a message by a message making correspond to a message interpretation sequence at the time of composing a message. CONSTITUTION:A message interpretation mechanism 1 receives the message (a) reported to an operator, and takes out the interpretation sequence (b) corresponding to the message (a). The interpretation sequence (b) shows the method for obtaining the position of a message code, that is, a key to the message, the code position showing an operating method and the conversion method the code showing the target position. The message interpretation mechanism 1 produces a message (c) interpreted from said information. An operator acting device main body 2 easily judges the processed contents from the message (c).
