PURPOSE:To increase a reliability and welding speed by controlling the welding beam direction by using a deflecting coil base on the quantity of the reflecting electron of a beam and the driving of each axis of X, Y table which places the body to be welded. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier 101 makes to hold the H axis of a deflecting coil vertically to the tangent line direction of the welding progress all the time by turning a motor 100 by receiving the angular signal 75 in the tangent direction of the welding progress. In this way, the electron beam 1 can be controlled so as to follow up a junction line 52 all the time. The junction part can be welded with good accuracy by using this method and the welding speed can be increased as well.
