<p>PURPOSE:To automate assembling work of a flyback transformer and to prevent pair of U-shaped cores from beating or an auxiliary coil from fluctuating by disposing a transformer body at one leg of the opposed cores and the auxiliary coil of specific structure at the other leg, and bonding the opposed surfaces of the cores with an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A transformer body 2 is disposed at one leg of the core 1a of a pair of U-shaped cores 1a, 1b opposed in an elevational direction, an auxiliary coil 3 is disposed at the other leg of the core 1b. The coil 3 has a bobbin 7 including an engaging piece 5 engaged with an engaging portion 4 formed on the case of the body 2, and a connecting piece 6 connected with the bottom of the core 1b of the side that the coil 3 is disposed, and a winding 8 is provided on the bobbin 7. The opposed surfaces of the cores 1a and 1b are bonded by an adhesive 9. Since the bobbin of the auxiliary coil has the engaging piece and the connecting piece, it can restrict the positions of the body, the auxiliary coil and the cores with each other to readily automate a series of assembling of the cores, disposing of the auxiliary coil to prevent the cores from beating due to bonding.</p> |
