PURPOSE:To attain a paper-less remote conference by providing plural storage equipments storing a static picture data in one conference unit system so as to utilize a storage device assigned to each person's own equipment in place of a memorandum. CONSTITUTION:Input systems 100, 200, 300 and 400 inputting a picture drawn data, a static picture data, a moving picture data and a voice data, output systems 150, 250, 350 and 450 outputting the drawn picture data, the static picture data, the moving data and the voice data, a transmission system 700 applying transmission control of the data with a remote point and a control system applying the control of the input systems, the output systems and the transmission systems are provided. Moreover, plural storage devices 600 storing the static picture data are provided in one conference unit system, and conference participants utilize the storage devices 600 as required so as to eliminate the need for the trouble or cost for the distribution of paper material, storage of minute of meeting and management in the conference thereby attaining paper-less remote conference.
