PURPOSE:To decrease a program search time of a reproduced video signal by providing a control section, an interface section, a storage section, two systems of memory sections having a RAM for one track or over of a magnetic disc medium and a switching section selecting an input/output signal of 2-system of memory sections. CONSTITUTION:A digital signal from a post-switching section 5 is recorded on each track of a magnetic disc medium in a storage section 6 and when one track is finished, a magnetic head changes a track by a control signal from the control section 1. In the reproduction, a digital signal from the storage section 6 is sent to a memory section 4 through the post-switching section 5, sent to an interface section 2 from a front-switching section 3 as a digital signal in matching with the timing of a radar device, converted into an analog signal, and outputted from an output terminal 12 as a reproducing video signal. In case of the repetitive reproduction, the movement of the magnetic head of the storage section 6 is controlled by a control section 1 and the head is moved to the initial track in a short time. Thus, the reproduced video signal is subject to program search in a short time.
