PURPOSE:The titled stable composition, containing at least one selected from cyclodextrin and collagen and a carcinostatic agent and having improved absorbability of the carcinostatic agent and further orienting property to cancer tissues imparted thereto. CONSTITUTION:A pharmaceutical composition obtained by blending 10-400wt% cyclodextrin, e.g. nonreducing maltooligosaccharide in which D-glucose is linked in the ring form, and 10-400wt% collagen, e.g. albuminoid accounting for a principal ingredient of the skin, bone, sinew, cartilage or connective tissue of calves, etc., with 100wt% carcinostatic agent, e.g. fluorouracil, tegafur, briplatin, etc., and further blending 10-400wt% phospholipid capable of syn ergistically promoting the absorbability of the carcinostatic agent. The absorba bility through digestive tracts, recta and skin can be particularly enhanced. The dose thereof is 700-2,000mg/day for a tegafur suppository and administered once or in two divided portions.
