<p>PURPOSE:To produce the reclaimed rubber plate excellent is strength and sound insulation property at low cost by processing the waste rubber being left one a screen, applying the waste rubber (crushed waste tyre) to the screen. CONSTITUTION:The foreign matter such as a bead wire, a nozzle and a cloth, etc. is removed, and the scrapped automobile tyre having been washed and dried is crached by a roll. The obtained waste rubber is classified by the vibrating screen with 3-20mm. mesh, and the particle matter is passed therethrough (the passed particle matter may be used by a conventional method). Next, if necessary, about 1-10pts.wt. sulfur and about 1-10pts.wt. rubber latex to 100pts.wt. waste rubber are combined with the waste rubber being left on the screen (the fiber matter composing a tyre is contained therein). Next, after this mixture has been kneaded for about 5-30min, it is pressed, (temperature: about 130-180 deg.C, pressure: above 20kg/mm.<2>, time: 30-120min) and is sliced into reclaimed rubber plates.</p> |
