PURPOSE:To contrive to improve processing accuracy by detecting the thickness of a work from its outer diameter and inner diameter and providing a control means for controlling the pressure of an actuator on the basis of its thickness and outer diameter. CONSTITUTION:A roller diameter detecting plate 17, one end of which is mounted on an pressing actuator 6 and the other end of which makes contact with the measuring needle 18a of a measuring section 18, detects the outer diameter of an work W by detecting the diameter of a pressing roller 5. On the other hand, the inner diameter of the work W obtained by measuring the notched position of the work W, etc. and its outer diameter are input into a control means to calculate the thickness of the work W. On the basis of rigidity value calculated from the thickness of this work and its material, a motor 14 is rotated by the specified angle to change the elasticity of a spring 11. Hereby the pressure of the pressing actuator 6 to the pressing roller 5 is controlled and processing accuracy can be improved.
