PURPOSE:To easily increase accuracy even when a measurement is taken without using any integrator by generating pulses by a voltage proportional pulse generator by a number proportional to the voltage value of a measured waveform and measuring them as a difference in the integration of the number of pulses by using an up/down counter. CONSTITUTION:A triangular wave (a) is supplied to a body 1 to be measured, a differentiator 3, and a 0V detector 7. A measurement signal (a) is generated by the voltage proportional pulse generator 4 as pulses whose number is proportional to the voltage value. This generated voltage proportional pulse output (d) is switched by a switch 5 to the 1st pulse output line (e) when a rectangular wave signal (b) is at a level H or to the 2nd pulse output line (f) when at a level L, so that the output is inputted to the up/down counter 6. The 1st pulse output is counted up as up pulses of the up/down counter 6 and the 2nd pulse output is counted as down pulses. The up/down counter 6 outputs the difference (g) in number between the up pulses and down pulses to a display device 8.
