PURPOSE:A skin external preparation having inhibitory effect on sebum secretion free from side effects, useful for improving and preventing excess secretion of sebum, containing extracted essence of walnut leaves and/or pericarp. CONSTITUTION:The titled preparation containing extracted essence of walnut leaves and/or pericarp. Sebum secreted from sebaceous gland is necessary for making the skin flexible and smooth, plays an important part in prevention of various irritating substances from outside of body and provides scalp with a proper oil component required for hair. But, too much secretion of sebum causes acne and skin troubles such as multiplication of pathogenic bacteria, etc. The extracted essence of walnut effectively suppresses excess secretion of sebum and yet has no side effect even by long-term use. The skin external preparation can be used as a medicinal skin external preparation containing an emulsified or oily skin cosmetic, hair cosmetic or another drug. |
