PURPOSE:The titled composition having hydrophobic powder of talc in a specific pH range, requiring a small amount of flon used, having improved dispersibility of powder of suspension, containing the hydrophobic powder of a talc, a spreading agent and a propellant comprising flon and a liquefied gas in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) 2.0-12.0wt% hydrophobic powder of talc at pH 5.0-7.5, (B) 0.1-5.0wt% spreading agent (preferably 12-35C ester or hydrocarbon compound such as isopropyl myristate, liquid paraffin, etc.,) and (C) 80-95wt% mixed propellant comprising flon and a liquefied gas (e.g., liquefied petroleum, etc.,) in a weight ratio of preferably 10-40:90-60.
