PURPOSE:To facilitate initial setting action by providing >=2 data storing areas that are never erased nor changed even though a power supply is switched off, and initializing the setting state and the type of each function of a picture processor based on the data on a selected data storing area. CONSTITUTION:At least one of >=2 data storing areas that are never erased nor changed even though a power supply is switched off is defined as a data storing area RAM with which the input and the replacement are available by users. While at least one of those data storing areas is equal to an area ROM to which the desired data is always supplied. Here a selecting means is added so that the users can select said areas RAM and ROM. Then the setting state and the type of each function of a picture processor are initialized based on the data of the selected area. Thus it is possible to set initially and easily the mode setting parameter of a multi-function picture processor to the state desired by the user. |
