PURPOSE:To enable a driven unit to be continuously advanced, by connecting two sets of piezoelectric motors consisting of three groups of piezoelectric bodies combined with each other in the type of H, to each other in the same driving direction, and by driving them in a specified mode. CONSTITUTION:By fitting a pair of rear and front clamp piezoelectric bodies 1b, 1c at a rear end and at a front end of a piezoelectric body 1a for rectilinear advancing so that the front surface may be formed in a rectangular shape and the side surface may be formed in the type of H, the first and the second piezoelectric motors M1, M2 are organized, and the piezoelectric motors M1, M2 are connected to each other in the same driving direction. The piezoelectric motors M1, M2 are arranged to be driven so that when one of them stops, the other one may be driven. |
