PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary input from being increased and set the adequate input of a motor fan according to the conditions of cleaned surface and the loading state of a filter, by increasing the input of the motor fan according to the state of the cleaned surfaces. CONSTITUTION:With an ON/OFF input setting means 1, the output of an initial reference value without loading on a filter under cleaned surface conditions is generated, and the output is directed to a sensor reference output comparison means 6 for input via an input setting discrimination means 2 and a sensor reference output conversion means 5. Output from as sensor 3 is also directed to the comparison means 6 via an amplification means 4. When it is discriminated by the comparison means 6 that the output from the sensor 3 is lower than the reference output in an attracting force, then output to an adding output determination means 7 is generated, and when it is discriminated by the means 7 that the output should be added, then the added output to an addition storage means 8 is generated, and the output is stored by the addition storage means 8, and the added output to an addition means 10 is generated, and power to a motor fan 14 is increased. |
