<p>PURPOSE:To evade the waste of resources owing to the output of an undesired list by arranging the contents saved to an auxiliary memory device into a hierarchical form, extracting the desired one out of those hierarchical contents through the conversational processing by means of a user terminal, and editing and outputting those desired contents successively. CONSTITUTION:A user actuatesa menu selection means 2 by an input means 1 via a conversation processing means 5. The means 2 decides the processing menu to be displayed and displays it on a CRT display 6. This result of selection and decision is sent to a level deciding means 3 and this means 3 decides whether a level shift should be carried out or not. Then the shift is carried out to a designated level and the operation is shifted again to the means 2. Then an information display control means 4 is actuated to edit and display the requested contents. The operation is shifted again to the means 2 after the ordinary display of information is carried out by the means 4. In such a way, the desired information are collected successively at a proper level.</p> |
