PURPOSE:To obtain a stable operation regardless of the forward or reverse direction of the rotation of a motor, by arranging diodes for determining the current direction of stable windings. CONSTITUTION:When current (If) made to flow to a field winding 1, then main magnetic flux phif is generated by the winding 1. Near the surface of a magnetic pole wound up with the field winding 1, two stable windings 4, 5 are wound up in parallel with an armature winding 2. Respectively to the two stable windings 4, 5, diodes 6, 7 are connected in series, and tow sets of the series circuits are connected to in parallel, and when current directions are opposite to each other, then the directions of magnetic flux generated from the both windings 4, 5 are to coincide with each other. By this organization, the directions of stable magnetic flux phis due to the both stable windings 4, 5 are always made constant, ad regardless of the forward or reverse direction, a motor is rotated at the same stable speed.
