PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition excellent in adhesion to slush vinyl chloride foam, by mixing a specified polyisocyanate component with a polyol component, a catalyst and an additive component. CONSTITUTION:To a total of polyisocyanate component comprising 50 wt.% or above diphenylmethane diisocyanate and a polyol component (B) of an OH value of 200-800, prepared by mixing a polyester polyol of a MW of 500-10000, an average functionality of 2-4 and an OH equivalent of 200-3000 and/or an OH-terminated urethanized polyester polyol of a MW of 500-15000, an average functionality of 2-3 and an OH equivalent of 1000-7000 with other active hydrogen-containing polyfunctional compounds (e.g., low-molecular polyol) at a weight ratio of 5:95-50:5, a catalyst (C) (e.g., dibutyltin dilaurate) and 0.1-3 wt.% blowing agent (e.g., water), a foam stabilizer, a stabilizer, a filler, etc. (D).
