An N-benzoyl-N'-(3-nitrophenyl) urea compound having the formula <IMAGE> wherein each of X1 and X2 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a trifluoromethyl group or a nitro group, and Y is <IMAGE> (wherein R is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a tirfluoromethyl group), provided that when Y is <IMAGE> X1 and/or X2 is a nitro group. The compound is useful as an active ingredient of an antitumorous composition.
