<p>PURPOSE:To permit a cord to be compactly accommodated into the electrical equipment, by arranging a spring reel and a cord reel on an equal plane, thus reducing the thickness of a cord accommodating container. CONSTITUTION:When a cord 8 is pulled out from an accommodating container 1, a cord reel 7 revolves, being pulled by the cord 8, and this revolution is transmitted through a belt 16 to a spring reel 5 arranged in parallel to the cord reel 7, and the spring reel 5 revolves in the direction of arrow C, tightening a spring 6. When a spring stopper 17 is revolved manually in the reverse direction of arrow D (not shown), the root edge of the stopper 17 is slipped off from the cord 8, and the spring reel 5 is revolved in the reverse direction of arrow C by the elasticity of the spring 6, and said revolution is transmitted to the cord reel 7 through the belt 16, and the cord reel 17 rewinds the cord 8, which is pulled back into the accommodating container 1.</p> |
