PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of directivity by placing in parallel a pair of signal electrodes, placing a pair of collimator electrodes so as to be horizontal to these electrodes and also in the X-ray irradiating direction, and detecting a difference between outputs of the collimator electrode and the signal electrode. CONSTITUTION:A pair of plate-shaped signal electrodes 14, 15 are placed in parallel in an insulated state. Also, a pair of collimator electrodes 16, 17 consisting of a conductive plate, whose area is smaller than that of said signal electrodes 14, 15 are placed so as to be horizontal against the signal electrodes 14, 15 and also in the X-ray irradiating direction. By output signals of said pair of collimator electrodes 16, 17, output signals of the pair of signal electrodes 14, 15 are brought to a subtraction processing by a subtracting circuit 18.
