PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of parts to be built in significantly and subsequently out man-hours by forming a resin integrally so that a circuit connecting drive elements of a heater to pins for external connection. CONSTITUTION:A hard molding resin 14 is formed over the entire length of the front and rear surfaces of a substrate 1, and the front surface is integrally formed so as to cover an element 2, a circuit 13 and parts of a conductor 10. In addition, this molded resin 24 play a role for fixing and protecting parts and pips 12 on the substrate 1, mounting on equipment, or as a cover, clamper or set screen and as a mount for fastening the substrate 1 to equipment. Thus the drive elements are covered with another circuit assuring the availability of an adequate anti-moisture structure and improving reliability. |
