PURPOSE:To make excellent soldering without defective soldering and remaining of oxides by intimately mixing a prescribed amt. of powder solder and prescribed amt. of liquid flux to form creamy solder just prior to use. CONSTITUTION:A bag-shaped container 1 is sealed in a central part 2. The vacuum-packed powder solder S is packed in the 1st chamber 3 and the liquid flux F is packed together with a nonoxidative gas G in the 2nd chamber 4. The seal 2 of the container 1 is torn to open by pulling the outside of the container 1 toward A just prior to use to thoroughly and intimately mix the solder S in the chamber 3 and the flux F in the chamber 4, then the solder is used for a required soldering work. The excellent soldering is thus executed without defective soldering and remaining of the oxides.
