PURPOSE:To prevent a shutter itself which engages with a spring member through a spring member from coming off by engaging the tip of the spring member which energizes the shutter with the inner wall of a cartridge case. CONSTITUTION:A groove 10 is formed on the inner wall in a cavity 9 along with the sliding direction of a shutter 3. The tip part 8c of a spring member 8 is engaged with the groove 10, and the upper wall of the groove 10 functions as a regulation part 11 to prevent the movement of the spring member 8 in an upward direction. Therefore, by sliding the shutter 3 against the elastic force of the spring 8, the claw 3a of the shutter 3 is guided and moved with a guide groove 7, and a head insertion opening 5 is opened. At such a time, the tip part 8c of the spring member 8 is slided within the groove 10, and the movement of the part in the upward direction is prevented with the regulation part 11. Thus shutter 3 engaged with the spring member 8 at a lateral groove 3b is prevented from coming off a cartridge case 1.
