PURPOSE:To install a large number of credit card terminal equipments without providing a leased line additionally by connecting the credit card terminal equipment to an automatic transaction processor, and connecting a bank center and a credit company center with another leased lines. CONSTITUTION:An automatic teller machine (ATM) 7 has plural channels, and plural credit card terminal equipments (CAT) 8a, 8b, and 8c are connected to one channel as the low-order device of the ATM. Also, processors (M/C) 9a, 9b, and 9c which realize the original function of the ATM are connected to other channels. The ATM 7 and a bank center 5 are connected with a common carrier leased line 6. Furthermore, the bank center 5 is connected to a credit company center 1 through a communication network CAFIS3. Other leased lines 4 and 2 connect between the bank center 5 and the CAFIS, and between the credit company center 1 and the CAFIS respectively. |
