PURPOSE:To keep a heating capacity of a radiator constant and get a comfortable heating effect by a method wherein a circulation flow rate of hot water is varied in response to the number of operation units of hot water heaters. CONSTITUTION:A hot water heating machine is operated such that a circulation flow rate of hot water required is determined by a flow rate determining means 6 according to the number of operation units of radiators 2, and its signal is inputted to a circula tion pump electrical power supplying determining means 8. A flow rate of circulated which is detected by a flow rate sensor 7 is also inputted to the electrical power determining means 8. The electrical power supplying determining means 8 determines an electrical power in such a way as a flow rate determined by the flow rate determin ing means 6 and a flow rate detected by a flow rate sensor 7 become equal to each other, its control signal is outputted to a circulation pump driving means 9 and then the circulation pump 4 is driven. As a result, as the flow rate is varied, the electrical power to be supplied to the circulation pump 4 is redetermined and the circulation pump 4 is driven. This operation is repeated until the flow rate determined by the flow rate determining means 6 and the flow rate detected by the flow rate sensing means 7 become equal to each other.
