PURPOSE:To execute the photographing under the optimum conditions in accordance with the dressing of an object by detecting the reflecting information of the object, processing the information with the basic information prepared beforehand, and controlling the photographing light quantity. CONSTITUTION:By a light emitting part 26 and a light receiving part 27 is photometric window 25, the reflectivity of the dressing of an object is measured, the information is inputted to an arithmetic processing means 28 and the control information, in which the optimum exposure on the basis of the face, etc., is obtained from the basis information prepared beforehand, is inputted to a control part 29. Thus, the shifting quantity of a filter 35 is adjusted and the light quantity to enter a lens 37 is controlled. Consequently, the information by the dressing, etc., of a person to be photographed is inputted and the photographing can be executed under the optimum conditions.
