PURPOSE:To stick a skin material to the surface of a molding base without generating creases, by a method wherein after a molding base, to the surface of which an adhesive agent has been applied, has been mounted on a receiving mold supported by a spring and the skin material has been stretched to the upper position of the same, the skin material is compressed in order according to size of a quantity of a protrusion of a split mold having the protrusions supported by a spring and trimming is performed by a cutter provided on the circumference of the receiving mold by lowering the receiving mold itself finally. CONSTITUTION:When an upper surface plate 2 is lowered, a skin material 7 is pressed against the surface of a molding base 10 first by bringing a protruded part 13, whose quantity of protrusion is large, out of split molds 14 fitted to the upper surface plate 2 into contact with the skin material 7 and in case of existence of a large number of the protruded parts 13, adhesion of the skin material 7 with the molding base 10 is made by pressing the skin material 7 one after another according to size of the quantity of the protrusion. At the part pressing the skin material 7, the same can be controlled arbitrarily through a design of the split mold 14 and that of a spring constant of a spring 12 and the surface material 7 can be stuck to the surface of the molding base 10 without generating creases. |
