PURPOSE:To make such mechanical caulking that is excellent in mass productivity and even in appearance and high in functional reliability, in spite of using the same thick one as the conventional pin, by forming a wavy all-round drawing method in a circumferential direction extending over certain length along the axial direction of a pin tip part, and attaching a lead wire tightly to the pin inside. CONSTITUTION:Wavy drawing 4' going along the circumference is formed as extending over the specified length of a tip part of a base pin 4, and a lead wire 5 is tightly attached to the pin and joined together. Since the lead wire 5 is forcedly pressed by a folding part of the base pin extending over length l, its mechanical strength is sufficient enough, excellent in not only the functional standpoint but also in appearance, and the tip part is merely drawn mechanically so that it is easy in view of mass production. That is to say, the lead wire is inserted into the base pon composed of brass nad, after eight folds are put in the circumference over the required length at the pin tip part and drawing is carried out, the lead wire projected out of the pin tip is cut at a pin tip surface and calking formation takes place.
