PURPOSE:To miniaturize the device by arranging two sets of a pair of parallel press-fitting rollers at both sides of an elastic roll respectively and by press- fitting the part close to the end from the hard roll supporting point by this press-fitting roll. CONSTITUTION:The elastic roll 13 composed of the urethane, etc., in the shorter whole length than that of a hard roll 10 is provided in opposition to the hard roll 10 and the upper part of the roll 10 is supported by the two pairs of supporting rollers 15, 15 and 16, 16 which are supported by being suspended from the top plate of a base stand P. Moreover, the roll end closer to from the supporting point is pressed by the force high than the press-contacting force than that of the elastic roll 13 by arranging respective parallel pressing roller 17, 17 and 18, 18 at the lower side of the roll 10 at both sides of the elastic roll 13. The device is miniaturized and the installation space can be reduced because of the distance from the supporting point upto the part close to the end of the roll 10 being enabled to be shortened in this way.
