PURPOSE:To improve the fitting workability of a dial rack by providing an inclining surface at the place which comes to be the inserting direction of the stopper part of a cabinet, at the time of fitting the dial rack. CONSTITUTION:At a cabinet 1, a dial rack sliding part 2 and an operating knob fitting part 4 are formed, and an inclining surface 5 is formed at the surface of the fitting direction of a dial rack 6 of a stopper rib 3. To the cabinet 1, the dial rack 6 to form an index part 7, a gear part 8, and a stopper 9 and an operating knob 10 to form a gear part 11 are assembled. Thus, when the dial rack 6 is fitted, the rack is held down from the upper direction orthogonal to the shifting direction of the dial rack, the rack can be fitted only by the force in one direction and the first assembling workability can be improved.
