PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent moldability and resistance to thermal aging, hydrolysis and flexing, etc., by blending a mixture of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and a thermoplastic polyester block copolymer with a specified compd. CONSTITUTION:95-5pts.wt. thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is mixed with 5-95pts.wt. thermoplastic polyester block copolymer composed of a high- melting polyester segment and a low-melting polymer segment having an MW of 400-6,000 to obtain a mixture. The mixture is blended with 0.05-20wt% polyisocyanate compd. (e.g., tolylene diisocyanate) and/or polyepoxy compd. (e.g., a bisphenol type epoxy resin having an epoxy equivalent of 100-4,000) and optionally, a reaction accelerator, an ultraviolet stabilizer, etc. The mixture is melt-kneaded at 180-250 deg.C.
