PURPOSE:To prevent the excessive fastened winding of a wound core due to the slip phnomenon between thin belts, by winding the thin belt keeping a winding-up speed constant in the state where a specified tension is applied to the thin belt of amorphous magnetic material. CONSTITUTION:A tension of 50-250kg/cm<2> is applied to a thin belt 2 of amorphous magnetic material via a tension-adding roll 2. A wound core 13is formed by winding the thin belt in the state where the winding-up speed is kept constant. As to the adjustment of the speed to wind up the thin belt 2 of amorphous magnetic material, the outer diameter of the wound core 13 is measured by a photo sensor 10, and the number of revolution of a motor 6 to drive the winding shaft of a winder 8 is kept constant by an inverter 11. The tension applied to the thin belt 2 of amorphous magnetic material is adjusted in the range of 50-250kg/cm<2> by a tension-adding weight 5, and kept constant during the winding process of the thin belt. The winding-up speed of the thin belt 2 is kept constant at the time of winding s described above, so that the slip phenomenon of thin belt does not occur and the excessive fastened winding of the wound core 13 is prevented.
