发明名称 POLY(METH)ACRYLATE COPOLYMER
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled copolymer causing only low light scattering and being excellent in transparency, heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc., mainly consisting of a specified polycyclic (meth)acrylate monomer. CONSTITUTION:50-100mol% polycyclic (meth)acrylate monomer of formula I or II [wherein n and m are each 1-3, l is 3 or 4, one of R0<1-2> is (meth) acryloyloxyl and the other is H, X<1-2> are each a bond or a lower alkylene which may have 0 and R<1-10> are each H or a lower alkyl], 0-95mol% (meth) acrylate monomer of formula III (wherein R<20> is H or methyl and R<21> is a 1-10C hydrocarbon group) and 0.001-5.0mol% 7-50C polyfunctional (meth) acrylate monomer having 2-4 (meth)acryloyloxyl groups in the molecule [e.g., ethylene glycol (di)methacrylate] are bulk-polymerized together at 60-250 deg.C to obtain a random-sequence poly(meth)acrylate copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.05-20dl/g (in toluene at 30 deg.C), a glass transition point of 10-200 deg.C (differential scanning calorimeter), free of a gel-like crosslinked polymer and having a branched structure.
