<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the difference of gas mass value by charging the inert gas which is not dissolved into the charged gas, as adjusting gas, and providing an internal pressure by putting the adjusting gas into the liquid sealed state in a container and charging the inert gas so that the internal pressure is equilibrated with the charging source pressure of the liquefied gas. CONSTITUTION:Gas is introduced into a small-sized high pressure container 2 through a valve SU3 from a charged mass adjusting gas container 3 for inert gas,and then liquefied gas is introduced from a valve SU2, and the charged mass adjusting gas is put into liquid-sealed state. As the quantity of the liquefied gas increases, the pressure of the adjusting gas increases, and when the pressure is put into equilibrium with the internal pressure in a gas supplying source container, the introduction of the liquefied gas is suspended. Therefore, even in the case of the simultaneous charge for a plurality of containers, the difference of the gas mass pressure value in the container can be reduced.</p> |
