PURPOSE:To reduce the inner resistance and stabilize the discharge property, by attaching plural negative electrodes with different bores at a negative electrode can with a gasket mounted, and furnishing a gap between the negative electrode of smaller bore and the gasket, where the electrolyte is poured. CONSTITUTION:Negative electrode 3 with an active substance of a light metal such s lithium, and a positive electrode 4 consisting mainly of copper oxide or the like are combined through a separator 4 to produce an organic electrolyte cell of lithium-copper oxide type or the like. In this case, in a negative electrode can 2 with a gasket 7 mounted, plural negative electrode 3 with different bores are attached, and a gap 8 of 0.05-1.0mm is furnished between the negative electrode 3 of a smaller bore and the basket 7. By pouring the electrolyte in the gap 8, the electrolyte is fixed between the gasket 7 and the negative electrode 3 by a surface tension. Therefore, a leakage and an attachement of electrolyte are prevented and the process is stabilized with no electrolyte occlusion material and the like, and the inner resistance can be reduced. |
