PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of spatters to a nozzle body for long time by coating ceramics to the inside circumferential surface and top end of the nozzle body and impregnating a spatter preventive agent therein. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic 2 is coated to the inside circumferential surface and top end face of a nozzle body 1 on the top end side, i.e., the side where the nozzle body faces base metals. The ceramic is coated to such a thickness at which a spatter preventive agent is impregated to some extent in the ceramic layer. The surface of the ceramic formed by thermal spraying is so polished as to have a smooth surface. The spatter preventive agent is impregnated in the stage of use. The spatter preventive agent impregnated in the ceramic layer oozes gradually to the surface, thereby preventing sticking of the spatter for long time. |
