A square type openning portion(4) for high frequency inhale is provided on the cavity(1). A magnetron(2) and a stir cavity(3), in which a stir fan is attached, are provided on the edge of the cavity. A skirt portion(5) is formed between the stir cavity attaching portion of the cavity and the circumference plane of the openning portion(4). The width of the skirt portion is 5--12mm and this improves the output power and the efficiency of constant heating.
