PURPOSE:To make the material in the headline show feeling of great volume, to be of light and full of molding workability and cheep in its cost by giving needle punch and heating contraction processing to non woven fabric which is made of fiber below 1 denier with heat contractive fiber partly mixed, then applying bonding agent which contains foaming agent to one surface of said non woven fabric. CONSTITUTION:A non woven fabric layer, which is mainly composed of fine denier fiber capable of spinning card below 1 denier with heat contractive fiber partly mixed, is used as raw material. First, needle punch processing 2 is given to said fabric layer by a needle punching machine. Said needle punched mat 1, is pressurized by a heat roll after being contracted through an air-heating furnace, in order to obtain a highly twisted non woven fabric mat. Then, after bonding agent containing foaming agent is equally applied to one surface of said non woven fabric mat and is dried up in a hot air drying furnace, a foamed layer thermally foamed similarly in the hot air drying furnace at 120c is formed. Twisting among fabric can be made to be rigid by the above structure, so that interior finish material 4 can be obtained with full of feeling of volume and flexibility in extension/contraction and easy molding workability. |
