PURPOSE:To roll a hot material with a large width rolling reduction by a compact constitution by holding plural pairs of press die blocks connected annularly, traveling to press the hot material at proper positions and angles of inclination from both sides. CONSTITUTION:The plural annularly connected blocks 5 with press dies 4 are traveled by a gear 14 to rotate a equipped rack 13 with a universal joint 17 through guide rolls 7 along guide walls 10 of block casings 9. This block casings 9 are arrangement both sides at prescribed positions and with the angles of inclination by pushing devices 11, 12. The hot material 1 guided by press rolls 23, 24 are pressed continuously with dies 4 from both sides to be subjected to large roll reduction into a prescribed width. The production efficiency is improved by the large rolling reduction of width at one time with the compact constitution. |
