PURPOSE:To enhance the adhesive strength between a bobbin and a wire for a voice coil by winding the wire for the voice coil around the bobbin while dissolving a half-hardened adhesive resin film on the outside surface of the bobbin by a solvent. CONSTITUTION:A laminated plate having 110mu thickness where a thermosetting polyimide adhesive is interposed in the half-hardened state between a polyimide resin film having 50mu thickness and a copper foil having 35mu thickness is obtained. A circuit is printed by chemical etching while leaving a conductive foil in two repeating terminal parts on this laminated plate as it is. This printed board is formed on the bobbin with a voice coil winding machine. The voice coil winding machine is used to wind the wire for the voice coil around the bobbin while dissolving the resin film coated on the surface of the wire for the voice coil by a solvent. The resin film is heated at a temperature required for thermosetting to harden it. At the building-in time, both ends of the wire for the coil coil are connected to repeating terminal parts.
